Certainly the first question that is asked commonly in many of the HR interviews:
Tell me about yourself!
This is not at all an easy question to answer. Candidates would think this is the simplest question of all. Certainly not.
Since it is an open ended question a candidate cannot answer as he/she wish.The hiring manager will not be interested in knowing about the races that he/she participated in school time or the games he/she watches everyday.Rather what he wants is a quick 2-3 minute talk of who you are and why he/she is the best candidate for the company.
So before getting into the interview, practice on the important aspects like strength,weakness and the important facts that you want to quote in such a way that it attracts the Employer.Quote example from your life wherever possible.This can create a better grip from your side.
After all,First impression is the best impression.
